AssetManager does not save Integer, Single, String values


The AssetManager is not currently using the game data file to serialize values added directly to the DataBank.
This was an oversight and will be fixed. Also, flags (booleans) will be added to the DataBank (though note that technically the DataBank is a DictionaryBank(Of String) so can have any value type added to it).

This wasn't actually the intended functionality... the next version will allow loading global game values from a config file and offer facilities for managing save game data.There will also be config files per-scene, but they may be in the following update.
